    Senior Supply Chain professional required for a world leading organisation.

    Location: Cardiff

    Salary: £45,000-£60,000  DOE- plus benefits.

    This company are world leaders in the development and production of compound semiconductor materials-  with operations in Europe, Asia, and the US.

    They are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager - excellent leadership skills are a necessity . 

    You would be working alongside the Head of their Global Supply Chain department and you be expected to develop the chain team within the South Wales region, delivering on key strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager:


    £Deliver constant improvement of systems, policies, procedures, and management information for the region and aligning vision to transition to a global shared service
    £Gain and maintain a good understanding of supply chain dynamics with key stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
    £Manage key relationships with supply chain partners
    £Negotiate all aspects of global and regional procurement contracts
    £Manage the ongoing evaluation of supplier performance and support supplier development
    £Develop and implement £Total Cost of Ownership£ models
    £Manage regional inventories to balance operational needs with efficient working capital management
    £Deploy, identify, and monitor ongoing opportunities for improved efficiency and cost reductions


    Skills & Experience Required:
    £Degree or equivalent in supply chain or an engineering discipline
    £MCIPS / APICS accreditation
    £Experience within procurement and materials & planning
    £Experience gained within semiconductor or similar manufacturing industry £" automotive, aerospace, medical devices, oil, and gas industry.

  • Work From Home Customer Service Advisor

    Location: Salford based company

    Salary : £19,000-£20,000 per annum- plus quarterly bonus

     

    A role working for a worldwide outsourcing company that specialises in delivering extraordinary customer support and services to an expansive client catalogue.

    Customer Service representatives are needed - taking on the role of  building relationships with our high profile client and customer base.

    This is a Customer Service position for people who want to develop within Customer Service Excellence, whilst working within the finance or banking industry.

    Your principal role will be answering inbound calls from existing customers, using your professional and friendly approach in assisting with account queries, such as payments, direct debits, overdrafts, interest rates - anything banking related.

    You will be initially be inducted on a paid, first-class training program for 6 weeks. This will involve all aspects of the role and enable all our valued staff to become part of a cohesive team.

    Required is a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in either contact centres, face to face customer service, retail or hospitality.

    Responsibilities:

    £ Follow structured scripts and criteria when handling various banking enquiries

    Details:
    £Full-time, permanent
    £Work 40 hours per week between Monday to Sunday
    £Applicants to be flexible as weekends will rotate
    £Rotational shift pattern between £"  08:00hrs -22:00hrs
    £Earn £19,344 per year with up to £750 commission bonus every quarter
    £Paid Holidays - 28 days accrued over the year (including Bank Holidays)
    £Fortnightly pay
     

    Requirements:
    £You must live in England, Scotland or Wales

  • Process Engineer
     
    Location: South Wales - UK.

    12 month contract- Temp.
    £30 per hour

     

    Working for a manufacturing organisation who operate within the Defence Industry.

    They are seeking a Process Engineer with strong manufacturing processes experience, along with experience in risk assessments and  strong emphasis on New Process Introduction to work in a high hazard industry.

    This will include general risk assessments and more specific assessments such as DSEAR assessments involving ATEX rated equipment.


     Responsibilities:
    £Plan and manage manufacturing process development activities within capital budgets, whilst providing solutions and processes that are robust, timely, and cost effective which meet with customer expectations.
    £To coordinate development activities to establish supporting data that ensures the manufacturing processes are based on a sound understanding of the materials which are being processed and the technology adopted for the plant and equipment.
    £To coordinate and manage a project data file capturing salient data including design and rationale, trials data, process definition including drawings and specifications, certification and safety data. This data is to be controlled through the company£s Product Lifecycle Management system, Teamcenter.
    £To develop robust manufacturing processes implementing industry standard controls that ensure long term process stability; including: Lean principles, PCPs, PFMEAs.
    £Lead and support a number of activities including process reviews, capability studies, Safe System of Work, preparation and compilation of progress reports.
    £To carry out Risk Assessments on processes and equipment, in a high hazard industry. This will include general risk assessments and more specific assessments, such as DSEAR assessments involving ATEX rated equipment.
    £Interacting with installation contractors to ensure a safe working environment is maintained during plant upgrades.
    £To specify technical requirements of new process equipment and support qualification and introduction into production use by Manufacturing Operations.

    Requirements:
    £Minimum HNC / HND Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical or equivalent
    £Significant experience in carrying out Risk Assessments on manufacturing processes and equipment.
    £Competent in the use of computers including Microsoft Office
