    Job Description:

    Looking for someone with a solid Infrastructure, Cloud, and Collaboration technology background to be responsible for defining IT strategy and roadmaps, aligning them with business strategies and capability requirements, and socialising and promoting them with senior partners.

    You will support and contribute to solution designs as both a specialist and a representative of the strategic viewpoint. You will be involved in proof of concept exercises to prove new reference architecture patterns and business benefits. 


    As part of the Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture team you will engage at a strategic level, influencing policy, and setting direction for technical and business change. 

     Responsibilities:

    A broad IT and Infrastructure background with experience preferably in infrastructure solutions or enterprise architecture roles where you will have gained experience of large scale infrastructure deployments.

    Focused approach on strategic alignment of technical design and architecture to meet business growth and direction.

    Demonstrable experience of providing internal consultancy on potential uses and appropriateness of infrastructure technologies and driving benefits from these technologies.

    A breadth of understanding of large scale infrastructure technologies, with specific specialism in one of the following technologies:

    Unified Communications and Collaboration Tooling £" ideally Office 365 including the use of enterprise voice services.

    Identity - including Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Role Based Access Control, and Federation technologies.

    Secure Cloud Computing - including Infrastructure Security Controls, Infrastructure Management Processes and Tools, and experience with public cloud providers £" ideally Azure and AWS.

    Ability to work under broad direction in ambitious environments, playing a key role in influencing strategic decision making and understand strategic consequences of IT decisions.

    Experience of engaging at a strategic level and playing a key role of influencing, building and maintaining strong working relationships with partners at a senior level in order to achieve successful outcomes for the business.

    Capability to articulate technical solutions to technical and non-technical people.

    Able to work effectively in pressurised situations and can be relied upon to deliver, irrespective of circumstances.

    The successful applicant for this role will need to be eligible for and willing to undergo SC clearance following appointment in to the post.

  • Role: Senior Clinical Research Associate

    Location: Edinburgh

    Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum  DOE

     

    The role:

    Taking the lead in a number of fascinating clinical trials, you will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process. Travelling across the UK for the purposes of on-site monitoring, you will help identify clinical trial participants, seeing to it that these patients are receiving the highest levels of care.

    Requirements:

    Have at 2-3 years of independent monitoring experience in a pharmaceutical or clinical research organisation, with the ability to manage the full lifecycle of a trial. From start up through to close out, you£ll be a walking-talking monitoring guru.

    Have a life sciences degree & be qualified to conduct independent monitoring activities.

    Have a solid knowledge of ICH-GCP, EU and FDA requirements, and you will be comfortable using medical terminology.

    Have comprehensive medical or therapeutic area knowledge.

    Be a team-player, with an inspirational approach to leadership. As such, you£ll have great communication skills.

    Have the capacity to organise and manage your own workload, with the ability to lead the work of more junior colleagues.

    Be IT literate. Microsoft Office skills are essential, and you will be capable of learning new software.

    Salary : £19,000-£20,000 per annum- plus quarterly bonus

    Customer Service representatives are needed - taking on the role of  building relationships with our high profile client and customer base.

    This is a Customer Service position for people who want to develop within Customer Service Excellence, whilst working within the finance or banking industry.

    Your principal role will be answering inbound calls from existing customers, using your professional and friendly approach in assisting with account queries, such as payments, direct debits, overdrafts, interest rates - anything banking related.
