  • Experienced Laptop Repair Technicians required for temp-perm positions commencing December 2020.

    Location: Bolton

    We are currently recruiting for 2 laptop repair technicians to join our Bolton based client.

    Pay rate: £12.00 per hour

    Core working hours : 08:00-18:00 hrs

     Rotas are : Sunday -Thursday    &   Saturday -Tuesday.

    The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for repair and construction of customers laptops that have been returned.

    Covering the process start to finish:

     * Stripping the laptop down

    * Checking hardware and software

    * Replacing any faulty electrical parts and assembly of new units.

    You may also be involved in the quality testing and configuration of devises prior to dispatch to the customer.

    Requirements:

    * 2 years + experience of test and repair of laptops / electronic devices in a repair centre environment is essential.  

    * IPC 610 certification would be advantageous.  

    * Good quality inspection skills, final test, OBA skills also required.

    * Experience within a similar role is essential

    * Comfortable working to strict time frames and in a fast pace environment

    * Experience using various power tools

    * Excellent attention to detail.

  •  We are looking to recruit Category B - 3.5 Tonne Van Drivers.

    Location: Huyton

    * Recent multi drop delivery experience is a necessity.

    * Need to be available for immediate start please.

    * For insurance reasons-  ages 25 years & above only please.

    * Approximately 70 drops a day (often in multiples)

    * Deliveries to government buildings, offices, schools, hospitals etc.

    * Part time -  2-4 days a week - varies from week to week.

    £10.75 per hour.

    * Induction Dates :  December 2020.

    Day long induction 08:00-14:30 hrs.

    * Hi-Vis Vests & Steel Toe Cap Boots a necessity - even for induction.

    * Multi drop work.  Some recent experience a necessity.

    * 7am starts

    * Shift work- 5 days on/ 3 days off.

    Location:  Logistics North Trading Estate.  Bolton. M61 Junction 4 (BL5)


    Working nights -   5 on 3 off rota  or  4 on 2 off rota.


    Start time 21.00 hrs :  Minimum 8 Hr shifts. 

    Need to be flexible & work longer hours if requested. Paid per hour.

    Inductions will be day long in their duration( 8:00-14:30 hrs- approximately) - to take place in Irlam

    Work placement to commence from Bolton Depot  (Logistics North) thereafter with immediate effect.

    Currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 C+E Tipper drivers.

    This is a 24/7 operation and requires the successful applicant to have a degree of flexibility on both days and nights shifts. Due to the nature of the work all applicants must be comfortable with off road driving at times.

    Essential Criteria:

    HGV Class 1 Cat CE driving licence

    Valid CPC and Digital tachograph card

    Must have held your Licence for a period of 2 years

    No more than 6 penalty points on licence

  • Role: Transport Planner

    Location: Wigan

    Salary: £26,000- £28,000 per annum - plus allowances & benefits.

    A Transport Planner is needed to join a busy team, planning final mile deliveries to customers£ homes and LGV movements across the UK.

    This role would suit an FLM/Clerk/Driver looking to advance their business knowledge/skills.

    Full training on planning systems will be provided.


     Duties:

    Routing of vehicles to meet customer requirements, legal compliance and organisational KPI£s

    Planning, inter-depot movements, collections and orders

    Updating transport systems accurately and in real time as and when changes occur

    Responding to internal enquiries regarding route capacity to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

     

    Shifts:

    40 hrs per week: PM shifts (12:30 £" 23:00) on a 4/7 rota.

    There may be some requirement for day shift cover.

     

    Requirements:

    *Good knowledge of transport and warehouse operations

    * A minimum of 2 years working in transport operations
    £Working knowledge of legal compliance regarding transport (working hours etc.)
    £Good communication skills
    £Good Excel skills and/or knowledge

     

    up to £28,000 per annum  - DOE

  • Role: Business Accounts Team Manager 

    Location:  Head office in Leeds.

    Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum -  DOE

    In this role you will manage business accounts.

    You will lead and coach a team of 4 to ensure you deliver on accounts -  using a combination of account retention, growth, and winning new business.

    Day to day you£ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the team with a strong focus on coaching, training and developing your team.

     

    Expectations:
    £Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, maximises cross sales and ensuring that all accounts are trading to agreed profiles.
    £Ensure that all aspects of the business accounts are managed in a profitable manner and all accounts are managed in line with the call and visit cycles.
    £Conduct weekly spot check and regular accompanied visits to maximise the effectiveness of your coaching and develop team members to maximise their potential whilst preparing them for a career in Account Management and Business Development.
    £Ensuring the budget for the team is achieved/exceeded both for account retention, growth and acquisition for key accounts with volumes over 1,000 per week.
    £Manage the end to end onboarding of new key accounts including internal offboarding where accounts are transferred to Client Dev through a Principle Account Manager
    £Oversee all BA projects through a Project lead sometimes acting as the project lead on more complex cross functional work
    £Manage and implement Visit Cycles/Rota£s to ensure all accounts are Visited on regular basis to maximize opportunities to upsell educate or improve the client relationship
    £Manage the targets for customer retention, volume and profitability for Corporate/SME accounts and ensure delivery of those targets by maintaining excellent relationships.
    £Hold Weekly Account review meetings to ensure the team maximise every opportunity in every account.
    £Set stretching objectives on an annual basis, review these, on a monthly basis, holding monthly 121£s and coaching sessions.


    Requirements:
    £A demonstrable history of success with key accounts gained in a Sales Executive/Sales Manager or Account Manager role where you£ll have detailed understanding of managing and developing Key Business Accounts.
    £Confidence in dealing with demanding customers and be able to engage and build positive relationships naturally.
    £Previous managerial experience as you£ll need an aptitude for coaching Account Managers in sales techniques, personal development and performance and have good leadership skills to help your team be the best they can be.
    £Any logistics experience would be advantageous.

    Hours of work are;
