  • Role: Senior Project Manager

    Salary : £50,000-£60,000 per annum

    They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver complex multi-discipline projects successfully.

    You will be required to provide engineering expertise to all projects, technical assistance in-house and sub contract labour and implement engineering processes and tools.

    The key responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager include:

    £Managing projects from inception to completion, developing and implementing project schedules.
    £Review, sign-off and implementing project quality plans and procedures, and project EHS Management plans.
    £Procuring all sub-contract packages.


    Skills and qualities of a Senior Project Manager:

    £Experience in managing turnkey projects including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works.
    £Experience in the pharmaceutical, microelectronics and healthcare markets is preferred, particularly in the construction of laboratories and cleanrooms.
    £Technical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services.
    £A proven track record of delivery within the M&E installation sector up to £5m.
    £High level of self-motivation, organisational ability and drive to meet deadlines.
    £Over 5 years£ experience within a PM/Snr PM role.

  • Role:  Supply Chain Manager

    Location: Manchester


    Working with Europe£s most complex station development and world-class biomedical research laboratories.

    You would be required to provide a range of design and engineering consultancy services to clients who demand exceptional results.

    Specialising in complex infrastructure, process and built environments across the full project life cycle.

    Disciplines range from initial architecture to civil and structural, building services, specialist high voltage and process engineering services, programme management and CDM consultancy, using the latest innovations in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for the most efficient and cost-effective design.

    Your role as Supply Chain Manager will be to develop and maintain strategic initiatives in line with the company£s supply chain vision.


    You will require previous experience in a procurement/supply chain role as a member of a project delivery team within the construction industry

    You will need be familiar with standard Forms of Contract used in the UK and be required to provide advice and guidance to others in the way in which the contracts are to be administered.

    Principal responsibilities and accountabilities:

    £Administer the companies prequalification system including the management of assessments in collaboration with the respective departments
    £Review and approval of orders in accordance with the businesses procurement process in line with current delegated authorities.
    £Support work winning and projects teams with the gathering of supply chain costs and strategies
    £Support the Head of Supply Chain with the implementation of the procurement strategies both for the business and at project level
    £Maintain the businesses database in relation to the Supply Chain including cost advice and historical project information
    £Liaise with Company and Client suppliers and contractors providing equipment packages or specialist services, to ensure contracted compliance of their work including deliveries.
    £Drafting of consultancy appointments to support the project teams
    £Develop and manage strategic agreements with the supply chain to support the businesses framework agreements
    £Comply with Company Quality Assurance and Management system
    £Attendance of training as required to support job role and to develop individual skills
    £Effectively report progress to Project Managers for related work and take ownership for the timely delivery of purchase orders and services contracts both £for and on behalf of£ and direct orders and contracts.
    £To administer the process of procuring equipment, contracts and services for the Companies projects
    £To manage and develop the companies current supply chain utilising the businesses prequalification system
    £To support the Head of Supply Chain in the development of strategic agreements to support the business needs.
    £To support the Head of Supply Chain in the monitoring and approval of all orders in line with the procedures and delegated authorities
