Operations Manager

Hireaperson Employment Agency are looking for a Planning / Operations Manager on behalf of our Wrexham based customer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work in a small team delivering a wide range of specialist transport services. Management of day to day operations. Must be experienced in a similar role.

Waste industry related logistical experience would be advantageous but not necessary.

Holding a current Transport Manager's CPC would be advantageous but not essential

Working hours will be 08:00hrs -18:00hrs. To be shared with your allocated Transport Planner - so not a 10 hour shift.

Permanent position

Salary: £37,000-£43,000 per annum - depending on experience.

Holding an up to date HGV licence with CPC & Digital Tachograph card would be advantageous, but again not essential.

Essential job requirements:

Successfully work as part of a team.

Passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Good IT user including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

GSCE or equivalent in English and Maths.
